We use AI to extend that judgement, never to stand in for it. If the tools disappeared tomorrow, the advice would not change. We would just spend more evenings doing the admin.

Some of our tools process what is said in a session. Transcription is the obvious one. We treat that the way we treat everything else you tell us: in confidence.

We use business-grade tools rather than free public ones, we are deliberate about what touches a tool and what never does, and the judgement built on top of it is always human. If you want the detail on how your data is handled, ask, and you will get a straight answer.
