You can’t improve what you can’t clearly see…

GYDA FORUM

This isn’t a conference. No stages. No speakers. No audience.

Want clarity before making your next move?

50 agencies. Four rooms.
Shared data, shared insight.

Openly compare performance: growth rates, margins, pricing models, utilisation, team composition, and strategic focus.

The goal isn’t competition - it’s context. You’ll leave knowing what “good” actually looks like right now, where you’re ahead, and where you’re exposed.

GYDA FORUM - A private working session for agency leaders.
13th May 2026
9am - 5pm
Citizen M, Tower of London

OVER THE DAY YOU’LL COMPLETE THREE SESSIONS:

  • Sales and Lead Generation

Understand which sales activities, channels and activities are supporting pipeline growth.

Most agency owners know where their leads come from. Referrals. Word of mouth. The network they've built over years.

The harder question is what comes next.

This session, is a practical, honest look at which sales activities and channels are actually supporting pipeline growth in 2026.

Our GYDA Growth Consultant will bring the view from an agency operating at scale. The room brings the rest. Designed to get the people in that room sharing what's actually working for them, not just what sounds good to say out loud.

Think of it as a rare chance to see behind the curtain.

    What you'll walk away with:

    - Real insight into what's driving pipeline growth right now, from our expert and from your peers

    - An honest look at which channels and activities are worth doubling down on

    - A clearer picture of where your own pipeline is over-reliant or under-developed

    - A handful of actions you can move on immediately

If referrals are keeping the lights on but you're not sure what builds beyond that, this session will give you the insight to build a thriving pipeline.

  • Finance, The Numbers and Benchmarking

Understand how you're performing in the context of the wider market, and to analyse the key issues holding back your growth.

Most agency owners have a gut feel for how they're doing. This session is about replacing that gut feel with actual data.

You'll audit your own financials against real benchmarks from across the industry and GYDA community, see exactly where you sit in the wider market, and work through what the numbers are really telling you.

No death by spreadsheet. This is a working session. You'll get a 1:1 check-in (think: a coaching conversation, not a debrief), identify the one or two issues that are genuinely holding your growth back, and leave with clear actions you can act on immediately.

    What you'll walk away with:

    - An honest picture of where your agency stands financially against your peers

    - Clarity on what the data says vs what you might have assumed

    - Your single biggest financial priority for 2026, named and owned

    - A short list of actions, not a long list of good intentions

If the numbers have felt vague, uncomfortable, or just a bit "we'll sort that later" - this session will bring clarity.

  • AI Enablement

To understand where your agency sits on the AI adoption curve, and what separates the agencies quietly pulling ahead from those still figuring it out.

Most agencies are doing something with AI. Very few are doing it in a way that changes what their business actually is.

This session is about the gap between those two things.

What actually works, what is theatre, and what is quietly reshaping how the best agencies price, deliver and grow. This session brings that insight into the room and then turns it on you.

You will compare where your agency sits on the AI adoption curve against your peers. You will pressure-test your current approach, and leave with a clear picture of what the agency of the future actually looks like and how far you are from it.

What you will walk away with:

    - An honest read on where your agency sits on the AI maturity curve

    - A view of what high-performing agencies are doing right now, and where the real gaps tend to be

    - Clarity on what the next 12 months and the next three years look like, and which steps matter most

    - One or two things you can act on immediately

If you have been waiting for the dust to settle before making real decisions about AI, this is the session that ends that wait.

GYDA FORUM is invitation-only.

We now have a limited number of open tickets available to purchase. The event is open to agency leaders only.

INTRODUCING MAP

Accountants and Outsourced Finance Function for the Digital Sector.

As an Agency develops into an established and mature business, it has more complex requirements for its finance function.

At a functional level, it has to collect significant cash from its clients, pay suppliers on time, and make payroll.

At a strategic level, it needs to have a clear financial roadmap, detailed budgeting and reliable and insightful reporting.

MAP supports over 200 UK digital agencies by providing a mature and cost-effective end-to-end finance function to drive the agency's growth.

With everything from bookkeeping and traditional accounting to strategic finance director services, your agency will have access to the resources it needs, just when it needs them.
