COACHING, MENTORING + NED

Need one-to-one support? Coaching and mentoring, on a one-to-one basis may provide the support you need. Consultancy focuses on issues in the business; coaching and mentoring work far more with the agency leader(s) to improve their own skills over time.

Fee: £1.5k-£2.5k per month

STRATEGIC LEVEL PROJECTS

  • MARKETING STRATEGY

    Development of a concise, action oriented and implementable marketing plan. Includes market research, strategy (including inbound, and outbound plan), roll-out plan, key objectives and KPIs.

    Fee: £10k-£20k

  • MGMT. TEAM & BOARD

    Definition and creation of a new management team, board process and business rigour to allow owners to step back.

    Fee: £12k-£25k

  • COMMERCIAL REVIEW

    Audit and review of financial systems, production of key financial processes, reports and BMI  (Business Mgmt. Info) to support the board.

    Fee: £15k-£25k

  • STRATEGIC PLANNING

    Vision workshop and 3-5 year business plan to support various growth strategies (grow to sell, grow to keep etc.).  Includes workshops, stakeholder management and report.

    Fee: £5k-£20k

  • VALUE PROPOSITION

    Research and development of stand-out positioning and value proposition to help drive effective sales process. Includes research, creative development and report.

    Fee: £8k-£12k

  • SALES STRATEGY

    Development of a concise, action-oriented and implementable sales plan. Includes market research, strategy, roll-out plan, key objectives and KPIs.

    Fee: £10k-£20k

TACTICAL LEVEL PROJECTS

  • LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

    Agency leaders are often excellent technicians, but find it challenging to lead and manage others.  We focus on the softer skills of leadership, skills are often missing in technical businesses. The course is action-oriented, insightful, practical and concise. Delegates will graduate with a spring in their step and able to lead others with purpose, confidence and authority.

  • CLIENT SERVICES

    The largest source of leads for agencies is referrals, and referrals come from happy clients.  Yet effective client relationship management, focusing on Lifetime Value (LTV) and a proactive approach to customer experience is often overlooked. This course aims to up-skill delegates in effective account management.  To help create deeper, more meaningful relationships, reducing churn, increasing LTV & NPS and ultimately creating stickier, happier clients, who become advocates for your agency brand.

  • AGENCY TO EXIT

    The Agency To Exit program will give you the skills and tools to accelerate your agency towards a high-profit existence and a high-value future exit. A successful exit of any kind requires a sustained and deliberate focus on creating structure and value for future investors or stakeholders. This program is designed for marketing agency owners or managers who want to rapidly grow the value of their business with the aim of achieving a successful exit in the future. You’ll learn how to double the value of your agency, build sustainable profits, and structure the business for a low-risk / high-value exit.

  • CREATING A KILLER BD STRATEGY

    Sales are the lifeblood of a digital agency. It is the foundation of success, the fuel that drives growth, and the key to sustainability. And yet, why do many agencies fail to bring in new business, expand their client base, and achieve revenue goals? It's a combination of factors, but one main reason is that few understand that sales is a strategic process.

    Sales is an art and a science. It requires a deep understanding of human psychology, persuasion, and communication. It also demands tenacity, confidence and techniques honed over decades of experience. This is why agencies need experts to help—someone who can give them the knowledge, tools, and guidance to succeed. 

    We help agency owners to craft a sales strategy, define their target audience, and create a compelling value proposition. Together we will build a pipeline and a measurement framework that ultimately closes more deals.

  • CUSTOMER INSIGHT

    Customer insight is often a blind spot for agencies – which means they can be slow to pick up on the signals that could lead either to account and business growth, or to disaster.

    However good your account relationship, conversations with clients tend to be ‘transactional’ – geared to the matter in hand, rather than delving deeper. Quick satisfaction surveys, and even NPS scores can fail to generate meaningful, actionable insight – beyond a simple ‘tick box’ KPI. And clients don’t always share frank and honest feedback with their agency until the exit interview (and often not even then - ‘it’s not you, it’s me’ etc.).

    As a result, agency leaders rarely get the chance to dig deeper and find out what makes their clients or prospective clients tick, what keeps them awake at night, and where the opportunities and pitfalls lie ahead.

  • CUSTOMER INSIGHT WORKSHOP

    A half-day workshop session with agency team members to unpack the findings of the deep dive customer research and strategise initiatives and ideas to address the issues and opportunities highlighted.

    Fee: £3,000

As you would expect, we have a process. You’ll discover that we have a process for most things - that is how we can duplicate what works best for you, our client. We need to work with you to understand and agree on what the real issues are and what the real objectives are. Only at that point can we map out the journey.
