STRATEGY WORKSHOP

To kick off the year, you will attend a 1.5 day strategy workshop with your Mastermind group. The session explores and sense-checks your ambitions and plans for the coming year, through a series of strategic exercises. These sessions build the foundation for your Mastermind experience in the 12 months to come.

MASTERMIND

Mastermind sessions are completed live and in-person over a full-day for Elite. We use a combination of Hot Seats, Gold Seats accountability check-ins, Roundtable discussions, sharing cool stuff to explore the best ways forward. Mastermind members create the agenda for the session. Recent questions include: How to value my agency? How to buy out my partner? How to get back my mojo? How do I sack my FD? How to create a USP? How to up my game? How to respond to my penny-pinching client?

TRACTION SESSIONS

Traction sessions are held over a half-day, online (following a mastermind session). What did you say you were going to do? Have you done it? Have you got a burning issue that needs addressing? These sessions keep you on track, connect you with your group and ensure ongoing accountability and momentum for the plans you have agreed on. 

COACHING CALLS - 4 PER YEAR

Each member receives four one-hour coaching calls per year. These online sessions are an opportunity to connect and reflect on your progress,1-2-1 with your GYDA leader. Work through your personal challenges and goals, in an agenda set by you.

MASTERCLASSES - 6 PER YEAR

Every month an agency expert will run a masterclass on their specialist topic. The hour-long sessions then end with a Q&A. Recent topics include: Win without pitching, using podcasts to grow your agency presence, high impact sales techniques, creating a purpose-driven agency. These sessions are “ungagged” where experts share their latest experience and best tools. 

ROUND TABLES

Once a month we hold an hour-long Round Table. We'll spend an hour discussing the most pertinent issues facing your agency.

Share your experience and listen to the insights and advice with the other Round Table members and our GYDA experts. Discover how others have confronted similar issues to your own and realise that you are not alone in facing them.

THE HUB -  PORTAL AND  EXCLUSIVE RESOURCES

Our resource centre is a wiki of agency-specific content and IP from GYDA.

The Hub includes the tools, templates, worksheets and strategic exercises that we use and those used by our client, to help you run your agency smarter.

PRIVATE SLACK COMMUNITY

Slack is a great way to talk to your fellow agency leaders. Each Mastermind group has its own private Slack channel. There is also an open channel for all groups to chat together. You get to share and discuss your issues in real time and get immediate feedback from your peers.

CONFERENCE - ANNUAL

GYDA Summit is an annual one-day conference held in London.  The Summit features keynote speeches and masterclasses by the best and brightest industry experts.

After lunch, our GYDA team run mastermind sessions and Hotseats. The summit finishes with an opportunity to network and relax, with evening drinks and dinner.

Q&A SESSION - 6 PER YEAR

Every other month, our GYDA experts will be joined by a panel of industry experts to deep-dive in an hour-long Q&A.  Listen as they give insight and answer your burning questions on their area of expertise (finance systems, KPIs, OKRs, pricing, new product launch, changing culture, recruitment and retention, processes and systems).
