This specialist GYDA program is for mid-level agency managers. It is a combination of a peer-led environment in which to gain access to other agency leaders at the same level, with coaching and training from a GYDA expert.

1-2-1 Coaching and Practical Training...
Each cohort will include up to five agencies, with a maximum of five mid-level managers from each. A bespoke program structure and topics are created, based on the group's learning objectives.
When your managers join a GYDA Program, we connect them with people at their level who are facing similar challenges. Working together, they share expertise, experience and wisdom in a supportive group environment.
Coaching and Accountability
GYDA coaches ensure learning objectives and goals are achieved, with our ongoing accountability processes and dedicated 1-2-1 coaching time.
